Who we are
Vacay Estate is a Milanese family of hosts, not a listings site. We manage a deliberately small collection of Italian holiday homes — each one visited, slept in, and argued over before it joins.
From the first message to the moment you hand back the keys, you deal with people who know the house and the town around it: where to swim before the crowds, which table to book, which road the GPS gets wrong.

Val d’Orcia, Tuscany

Guest care
Our company was built on one job — taking care of guests and their check-ins. The website came later. It shows.
Every home is visited and slept in by our team before it joins the collection — beds, showers, Wi-Fi and all.
A local host meets you at the door — no lockboxes, no codes. Late arrival? We wait. Early? We try to make it work.
Boats, chefs, wine cellars, restaurant tables and the beach nobody posts about — arranged by the person who lives there.
